Infinite

Sea

I love the sea although  it was quite sometime since I visited one. Gazing at the distant horizon, I am always in awe of the one great Hand who created it. There is always that feeling of peace inside my sometimes troubled heart every time  I see something like this.

And William Blake described it beautifully  when he said:  “To see a world in a grain of sand and a heaven in a wild flower, hold infinity in the palm of your hand and eternity in an hour.”

And here I thought it would be easy to create and start another blog. Starting all over again but that is the challenge of blogging. This is a continuation of my other blog called Dreams and Escapes. It is still a work in progress...

  1. I have to see the sea at least half a dozen times a year if I can. Luckily, I now life close enough to make that a reality. It is the perfect way to reconnect with nature, and to realise the insignificance of those cares and concerns that plague modern life.
    Best wishes as always, Pete.

  2. Thanks Pete for religiously commenting on my blog posts. Unlike you, I don’t have that much opportunity to visit the sea as often as I like. You are lucky to be able to visit one anytime you like.
