One More Day

clouds

Every time I see cloud formations like these, I am reminded of this wonderful quote from Rabindranath Tagore:

“Clouds come floating into my life, no longer to carry rain or usher storm, but to add color to my sunset sky.”

Then I begin to sing;

♫♪♫♪See the clouds adrift so far below
Ever changing as they come and go;
Makes me wonder why I’m up so high
When really I am down so low
Of all the wonders I was one allowed
I think that I would always choose a cloud,
Always bring my feelings right out loud,
Whether I’m ashamed or proud.♪♫♫♫

It makes me wonder what life is all about. Took this shot in front of our house. You can view it in large format.

Clouds

clouds

I am always enthralled and fascinated by every cloud formation that I see. I could not count the times when I looked up and wished I had a camera to record every movement.  The sky remains a big canvas where the most mysterious drawings  materialize…clouds.

O Cloud,

You make me feel anxious when you darken the sky

but  there is still that feeling of happiness

when I see you just passing through,

like bright cotton candies, mysterious figures that  brighten my world

– for a few moments, for a day,  for eternity.
